Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on October 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Charles Simms Development, 2785 Orchard Run Road, Dayton, Ohio 45449. The application requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of 14 single-story condominium buildings totaling 85 units to be constructed on 20.03 acres. The property is located on the east side of County Line Road approximately 700 feet south of the intersection of County Line Road and Weber Drive. The property is further described as Book 3, Page 3, Parcel 72 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this request. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 67.91 acres of land located approximately 1,250 feet north and 1,675 feet east of the intersection of Grange Hall Road and Shakertown Road from A-1 Agricultural District and R-1A One Family Residential District to R-PUD, Residential Planned Unit Development, further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcels 29 and 30 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. (PUD 16-2) A second reading and public hearing of this ordinance will be held on September 12, 2016 and the third reading will be on September 26, 2016. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 20.03 acres of land located at 2358 County Line Road from A-1 Agricultural to R-PUD Residential Planned Unit Development, further described as Book 3, Page 3, Parcel 72 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. (PUD 16-1) This Ordinance was adopted on September 12, 2016 and will become effective on October 12, 2016. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

The applicant requests approval of an amendment to PUD 06-3 to allow the construction of an assisted living facility on 12.27 acres. The property is located on the southeast corner of Park Overlook Drive and Grange Hall Road.
