The applicant requests approval of an amendment to MX-PUD 93-4 to allow for two 2-story apartment buildings totaling 32 units to be constructed on 3.332 acres. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 3.223 acres of land located at 1400 Grange Hall Road, from I-1 Light Industrial to RP-1 Research Park District, further described as Book 2, Page 13, Parcel 70 on the Greene County Tax Atlas. (Z-16-1) A second reading and public hearing of this ordinance will be held on February 8, 2016 and the third reading will be on February 22, 2016. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance was adopted on January 11, 2016 and will become effective on February 10, 2016.   2. Proposals will be received by the City of Beavercreek for Information Technology Support Services. Interested vendors should submit one (1) original and five (5) copies, including one (1) loosely-bound reproducible copy, of their proposal response documentation in a sealed envelope or box marked as follows: IT SUPPORT SERVICES PROPOSAL Please submit Request for Proposal (RFP) to: Bill Kucera, Financial Administrative Services Director City of Beavercreek 1468 Research Park Drive Beavercreek, Ohio 45432-2818 A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Building’s conference room. Anyone submitting a proposal is encouraged to attend. Formal proposals must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Vendors are required to provide as much detail as possible in this proposal, regarding scope of services, approach to protecting and securing the technology used by City users, and their capability and experience. The City will utilize evaluation and selection criteria, based on the City’s standard proposal process, to determine an acceptable vendor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal considered most advantageous.
