  2. Proposals will be received by the City of Beavercreek for Information Technology Support Services. Interested vendors should submit one (1) original and five (5) copies, including one (1) loosely-bound reproducible copy, of their proposal response documentation in a sealed envelope or box marked as follows: IT SUPPORT SERVICES PROPOSAL Please submit Request for Proposal (RFP) to: Bill Kucera, Financial Administrative Services Director City of Beavercreek 1468 Research Park Drive Beavercreek, Ohio 45432-2818 A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Building’s conference room. Anyone submitting a proposal is encouraged to attend. Formal proposals must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Vendors are required to provide as much detail as possible in this proposal, regarding scope of services, approach to protecting and securing the technology used by City users, and their capability and experience. The City will utilize evaluation and selection criteria, based on the City’s standard proposal process, to determine an acceptable vendor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal considered most advantageous.
